We ask that you provide twenty-four (24) hours notice if you need to cancel, otherwise you will be charged for the session. It’s best that all cancellations be made through email whenever possible to avoid confusion and to help me track session packages more easily.

Group session that have less then two (2) students attending may be canceled at my discretion. If the session is cancelled, I will notify you no less than 24 hours in advance. Put another way, at least two (2) people must attend, or a group session will be canceled. If you are the only one attending the class and you’d like to ensure your session, we can convert the session to a private session at the

Cancellations for Standing Appointments

Standing appointments means you have the same appointment time and day each week. If you cancel for a thirty (30) day period, Renewal Pilates reserves the right to give your standing appointment to another student. Renewal Pilates requests that all cancellations be made through email or through your account online when possible to avoid confusion and to have a record of your cancellation.

Package Expiration Policy

We enforce expiration dates on multi-session packages. From the date of purchase, all five (5) session packages have a thirty (30) day expiration and all ten (10) session packages are valid for sixty (60) days. Multi-session packages are non refundable. Of course, if you need special accommodations due to an injury or travel, let’s chat.
